All items which are ordered before 3 o’clock are shipped on the same day and the rest within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Normally 98% people receive their Standard Delivery items within 3-5 working days however sometimes it takes longer due to unexpected circumstances at Royal Mail end.  All Standard Domestic Delivery items are handed over to the Royal Mail, which sometimes fail to deliver on time for unknown reasons.

Royal Mail guidelines state we should allow Royal Mail 15 working days for UK orders and 28 days for international orders from the date of dispatch before an item is considered lost. We sincerely apologise for this delay and thank you for being patient.

We offer our items nationally as we as internationally and the Estimated Transit Time is based on deliveries to major cities (in Working Days).

Not Called For/Insufficient Address: 
It is standard Royal Mail/other courier company policy to return packages to the local courier company sorting office if the recipient is unavailable to accept a delivery. You can then call them to arrange re-delivery or pick-up, if you do not know the location or contact number for your local courier company sorting office contact us and we will try to find out for you. If your purchase is not collected or re-delivery arranged, they will return the package to us.

We can then re-send the item to you, however we would require you to repay the original postage cost. We can also give you a refund minus the original postage costs. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your item we can either offer you a full refund or an exchange.

Customs and Imports Duties:
Please Note that if you are purchasing from UK and having your parcel delivered to another EU Estate, there are no taxes applied.

All other International orders above certain value are subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when delivery reaches to the specify destination. Please note you (the customer) will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

We’re sorry, but we cannot tell you what the cost will be, as this varies widely. For information on current charges, contact your local customs office to avoid any surprise charges.
