Just choose an eBay Collection Point location near you, including one of over 650 Argos stores across the UK.
STEP 1: Choose the Click & Collect delivery option
Select Click & Collect when you pay at checkout and choose the store you’d like to collect your parcel from.
STEP 2: Wait for your collection notification
As soon as your parcel is ready to collect, eBay will send you an e-mail notification (and SMS if you've selected this option) containing a collection code.
STEP 3: Pick up your parcel
Take your collection code to your chosen store and collect your parcel - it's that simple! You don't have to print off your code, just present it using your phone/tablet.
Note: Your parcel will be held in store for 7 days from when you receive your notification.
If you can’t collect your parcel within this time, it will be returned to the seller and you'll receive a refund.

Argos can't accept returns bought through Click & Collect on eBay in their stores.
To return an item:
- Find the item in your Purchase History in My eBay
- Select Return this item from the More actions menu on the right. You’ll then be guided through the returns process.
