Returns

We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, please contact our customer support team through eBay Messaging System. We have 14 days no quibbles return policy - you may return an item to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving the item for any reason. All we ask is that the item must be unworn with all tags and labels still attached and in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, under garments are non-refundable.
Please ensure that under garments like Bras, lingerie, swimwear, vests & underwear items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, please do not remove the seal. If this is the case then we can reasonably decline your refund.
When returning items to us, please Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached and add a note with your eBay ID & contact details to avoid any unnecessary delay in processing your refund.
We will process the refund as soon as we receive the item but please allow up to 48 hours for refund. We are NOT responsible for the postage cost that you incur to send the items back to us.

Faulty/Damaged Goods:
All items are checked thoroughly before despatch however in the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty/damaged item from us please get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving the item so that we can resolve the matter quickly.

Upon receiving photographic evidence of the damage/fault we can email you a PREPAID returns label for you to post the item back to us FREE of charge for repair/replacement, however we will not reimburse postage costs that you incur to send the item back without using our FREE PREPAID returns service. Please note we reserve the right to refuse to repair/replace/refund the item if the damage is found to be self-inflicted and you will be charged postage costs for us to send the item back to you.

Note: Please feel free to contact us through eBay messaging system should you require any further information/assistance in returning your parcel.

  • When you are sending an item back for replace or Refund we will not be held responsible if the goods does not reach us.
  • Please note keep safe proof of your posting in case your goods goes missing you should be able to make claim against it. Please check with Currier Company for claims.
  • Any returned items that have any signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
